CAPE Systems offers support and warranty plans that
will help users keep up to date with current technology. Benefits such as
free maintenance upgrades, program updates and technical support may be included
with select plans. The support and warranty plans are free for the first year

Support Plans Warranty Technical Support
During the one year warranty period CAPE provides both software
support via telephone, modem/VPN, fax, and e-mail as well as hardware support
via telephone troubleshooting and depot repairs for all CAPE-developed software
and hardware. Third party software, computers and hardware are covered by the
original equipment manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period support
is provided during normal CAPE business hours. At an additional charge, CAPE can
provide after-hours, 3rd shift and weekend support. Continuing
Technical Support As distribution centers are
designed to ensure product deliveries to customers in the shortest time possible,
continued operation of the system is critical. After the warranty period, customers
can select from a series of support and depot repair options to ensure that distribution
goals are met. You can select support coverage during normal CAPE business hours.
Other software support options include after-hours, 3rd shift and weekend support.
Software support includes corrections, recovery procedures, operator assistance,
configuration management and other numerous other issues that may arise. CAPE
systems has experienced people on staff to provide the best support available. For
CAPE-manufactured hardware such as pick-to-light modules, CAPE offers on-going
depot service through its Return Materials Authorization program. For depot service,
you contact us via telephone or e-mail (service@capesystems.com)
with the quantities and types of modules that need to be repaired and we will
provide you with the RMA number for your repair. You return the modules to CAPE
and we repair and return the repaired modules in a timely manner. System
